開關柜因濕度高結露導致母線室故障

【聚信工(gong)(gong)業(ye)技術(shu)】每(mei)年(nian)的5、6月(yue),降(jiang)水較(jiao)多,尤(you)其是在我(wo)國沿海地區,現階段恰逢高(gao)環境濕度梅(mei)雨天(tian)氣,大部分配電(dian)(dian)站高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)設(she)備都(dou)經歷(li)了濕冷的磨(mo)練,因(yin)為一些(xie)高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)設(she)備的設(she)計方案加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)安裝加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)不佳,非常(chang)容(rong)易導致(zhi)(zhi)高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)設(she)備因(yin)滲水而(er)接(jie)地裝置(zhi)常(chang)見故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang);高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)冷疑(yi)也非常(chang)容(rong)易導致(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)源開關(guan)(guan)傳動機(ji)構生(sheng)銹、卡滯,造成二(er)次線接(jie)線端子排生(sheng)銹、一次柜(ju)身生(sheng)銹,二(er)次元器(qi)(qi)件常(chang)見故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)最后(hou)造成高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)短路(lu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)、短路(lu)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)乃至損壞(huai)(huai)。比(bi)如,2020年(nian)6月(yue)陜(shan)西省某35kV配電(dian)(dian)站因(yin)高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)機(ji)器(qi)(qi)設(she)備冷疑(yi)而(er)造成高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)母線槽室損壞(huai)(huai),造成該(gai)(gai)配電(dian)(dian)站全停和35kV一部分機(ji)器(qi)(qi)設(she)備比(bi)較(jiao)嚴(yan)重(zhong)毀壞(huai)(huai),幸虧該(gai)(gai)安全事(shi)故(gu)(gu)(gu)沒有(you)導致(zhi)(zhi)傷(shang)亡。因(yin)而(er),高(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)去(qu)濕至關(guan)(guan)重(zhong)要(yao)。
配電站高(gao)壓開關柜機器設備(bei)返潮傷害非常(chang)大(da),具(ju)體表現在下列2個層面:
(2)母(mu)線槽高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)內(nei)的(de)環(huan)境濕度極有(you)可(ke)能導致水(shui)(shui)珠或凝結水(shui)(shui)在(zai)母(mu)線槽高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)后(hou)盔甲的(de)垂直方向(xiang)或與(yu)絕緣護(hu)套的(de)交界處(chu)堆積在(zai)母(mu)線槽底部。邊緣(充(chong)放(fang)電,當(dang)母(mu)線槽某一相逐(zhu)漸(jian)充(chong)放(fang)電時(shi),不僅母(mu)線槽端逐(zhu)漸(jian)熔(rong)化(hua),而且大量的(de)煙(yan)塵與(yu)金(jin)屬材(cai)(cai)料熔(rong)化(hua),另外兩相還會(hui)在(zai)強金(jin)屬材(cai)(cai)料中充(chong)放(fang)電,造成(cheng)三(san)相短路(lu)故(gu)障,如果(guo)在(zai)高(gao)(gao)環(huan)境濕度或服務器(qi)柜(ju)內(nei)冷凝水(shui)(shui)遇到過壓(ya),極有(you)可(ke)能造成(cheng)短路(lu)故(gu)障常見故(gu)障,因此(ci),當(dang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)開關(guan)(guan)柜(ju)回(hui)潮時(shi),一定要立(li)即除濕,否則會(hui)對開關(guan)(guan)電源的(de)安全運(yun)行造成(cheng)極大的(de)損害。
(1)安(an)裝在(zai)高壓(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)中(zhong)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂(zhi)橡膠(jiao)擋板長(chang)期(qi)暴露在(zai)水分(fen)下,擋板表面非(fei)常容易上(shang)升,導(dao)(dao)致電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)一定(ding)數量的(de)(de)(de)(de)充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。擋板的(de)(de)(de)(de)表層構造被(bei)毀(hui)壞,更非(fei)常容易吸咐汽體中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水份和(he)別的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)化學物(wu)質。可(ke)溶(rong)性(xing)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)原(yuan)料(liao)在(zai)水中(zhong)逐漸(jian)溶(rong)解,成為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解質溶(rong)液,在(zai)擋板表層形成薄(bo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)附(fu)著層,降低了(le)板的(de)(de)(de)(de)介電(dian)(dian)(dian)強(qiang)度(du)。
怎(zen)樣(yang)防止(zhi)以(yi)上難題?因此(ci),必(bi)須對高壓(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)進行(xing)除濕處理。參照方式(shi) 以(yi)下:最先,對高壓(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)開(kai)展封閉式(shi)更新改造(zao),在高壓(ya)開(kai)關柜(ju)的(de)電纜(lan)線室安(an)裝1-兩個JXCS-E60TS智(zhi)能(neng)除濕器。
